The success of the French scientist, François Champollion, may be explained by the fact that he “started from where the others ended”!!.. His result was an investment in their efforts and at the same time benefiting from their mistakes. Champollion began his efforts when he expressed his willingness to enter the arena to challenge deciphering the Rosetta Stone, which eluded more than one scientist in Europe, and that was in 1802 with the French physicist Fourier. He polished his talent with what he learned from the ancient languages, Greek, Latin and Coptic, at the hands of an Egyptian priest, "John Shefchi". Until his efforts, and the help of his brother Jacques Joseph and the physicist Fourier, culminated in his success in reading some of the names of kings from pictures of some obelisks and statues that were in the book Description of Egypt, until he presented his discovery to the scientists of the Paris Academy in 1922.. It was twenty successful years / long road with lights on the whole world, opening the door to the study of a new science called Egyptian Archeology.
