Death SS - THE EVIL PAINTER (Lyric Video) Among the various personalities possessed by the Entity to give life to Jack The Ripper, there was that of the painter Walter Richard Sickert, author of the cycle of paintings known as “Camden Town Murder”, a series of dark images of naked prostitutes, sometimes alive, other times dead, who were always in a room with a mysterious man, often reporting details that according to Scotland Yard only the murderer could know. Sickert’s identity is very important because it is the one that led the Entity /Hyde/Ripper to a psychological evolution, making him discover that he can not only destroy the victims he wants at will, but also create Art through destruction, using painter’s brushes instead of the blade… In the guise of the painter, the Entity finds Mary Reilly, making her pose for his avant-garde paintings, and then kill her and annihilate himself with her… Tra le varie personalità possedute dall’Entità per dar vita a Jack The Ripper, c’era quella del pittore Walter Richard Sickert, autore del ciclo di dipinti noti come “Camden Town Murder”, una serie di cupe immagini di prostitute nude, qualche volta vive, altre volte morte, che si trovavano sempre in una stanza con un uomo misterioso, spesso riportando particolari che secondo Scotland Yard solo l’assassino poteva conoscere.. L’identità di Sickert ha molta importanza perché è quella che ha portato l’Entità /Hyde/Ripper a un'evoluzione psicologica, facendogli scoprire che essa può non solo distruggere a piacimento le vittime che vuole, ma anche creare Arte attraverso la distruzione, usando i pennelli da pittore al posto della lama… Sotto le spoglie del pittore l’Entità ritrova Mary Reilly, facendola posare per i suoi avanguardistici dipinti, per poi ucciderla e annientarsi con lei…. 🎧 The Entity – OUT NOW!
