Innovative Marine EXT 200 Wiring Setup - Ep. 5

Welcome back to Vanoy Reefs! In this episode of the 200G Build Series, I tackle one of the most overlooked parts of any reef tank build: cable management and equipment organization. With the Innovative Marine EXT 200 finally in place, it's time to start organizing the wiring, planning controller locations, and making sure everything is clean, accessible, and easy to maintain. A well-organized system not only looks better but also makes troubleshooting and future upgrades much easier. In this video you'll see: Equipment placement and planning Cable routing and organization Preparing the system for power and automation Building a clean foundation for the rest of the reef setup One of my goals with this build is to create a system that's not only functional but also clean and professional behind the scenes. Cable management is probably the most annoying part of the setup, but I really enjoy it! 🐠 System Details: • Tank: Innovative Marine EXT 200 Complete System • Sump: IM Nuvo RFS 850 • UV Sterilizer: IceCap 40W • Gyres: MaxSpect XF350 • Powerheads: Reef Octopus Octo Pulse 4's • ATO: Hydros ATO • Goal: High-end mixed reef featuring SPS, LPS, and soft corals 📺 200G Build Series: Episode 1 - Unboxing Episode 2 – Stand Assembly Episode 3 – Platform Leveling & Setup Prep Episode 4 – UV Sterilizer Installation Episode 5 – Cable Management & Equipment Organization If you're planning your own reef build, let me know in the comments: What's the best cable management tip you've learned over the years?
