The Best Way to Fix an "Old" BMW (F30 Headlight Vertical Aim Malfunction - Part 3)

Attempt #3 to repair the adaptive headlight malfunction/warning on my 2013 BMW 328i X-Drive F30. Epic fail. Abort. I give up. I'm done. The solution is simple.
