Every Slow Triggered Lightning Rod | The Bazaar

Welcome back to The Bazaar! Today’s run features one of the strangest control-and-scaling builds I’ve played so far with Stelle. The core engine revolves around Lightning Rod and Cruise Ship, turning Freeze and Slow effects into nonstop damage triggers. Lightning Rod continuously deals damage whenever items are Frozen or Slowed, while also redirecting enemy Freeze and Slow effects onto itself. Once the engine starts rolling, almost every disruption effect becomes additional damage. Cruise Ship helps fuel the combo by repeatedly applying Burn, Shield, and self-Slowing effects. The engine becomes even stronger with Heavy Gavel acting as a massive Slow generator, while Inertial Dampener continuously scales adjacent items with additional Burn and Shield.
