NIU UQI GT Scooter Review (Thoughts on Range, Power, Bike Design)

Here's my thoughts on the UQiGT scooter model. I think this bike serves a good feature as a bike you use to go back and forth to get some groceries or maybe rarely, maybe travel to a longer distance. The reason for this is because the battery life with the original battery is just alright. You can get around 40-50 km of range, so it's not going to be a bike you're going to use to commute for a long distance. Also, the way the bike is designed, the seat and the suspension, it's all very hard. So even if you do manage to drive a long distance, it's not going to be very comfortable. Also, I think some things that I don't really like about the original design of the bike is the side stand is very short. It's almost not usable. And the original hook for hanging things is also not too good. I think this bike is alright for short trips if you drive by yourself. I wouldn't recommend using this bike for two people due to the power of the bike and also the range of the battery. And also, just even the design of the bike, it's not really too comfortable to drive for two people. Therefore, I think some very necessary upgrades for this bike is a longer side stand or at least a side stand base widener. And things to make the bike more comfortable, such as a better seat or better shock absorbers. Another thing, the bike is meant to be like a rather rapid scooter, but I think for only driving 45 kilometers an hour, the speed is not enough to catch up with traffic. And just for safety purposes, I would also increase the speed of this bike using a controller upgrade. For my personal view on upgrading this bike, I would upgrade to a 72-volt battery or a larger extended range 48-volt battery. Changing the seat and suspension, and I think this bike would be very drivable.
