Right away, the tone is set just by stepping into the foyer. On one side, a glass and steel staircase rises with a crisp edge. On the other, a wood staircase brings in warmth. The two sit in conversation with each other, and the entry stays quiet and uncluttered because of it. Just past that, there is a breakfast area that feels easy and unforced. It catches soft light and feels like the kind of place where mornings don’t need much planning. Moreover, the kitchen lies just beyond, centered around a long black stone island with steel finishes and integrated storage. Everything is tucked away, so the space stays open. From here, it naturally connects into the living areas and then out toward the garden, so the whole floor feels like one continuous space. The home then opens into the double height great room.
