In this episode of Life On Track Jess talks about writing the book in the aftermath of her mum's passing, her life as a musician getting a break touring with Leftfield and landing a major record deal before going more independent with her Slo and Do No Harm projects. She discusses the incredible work being done by the Tessa Jowell Foundation which she set up to continue her mother's legacy in brain cancer treatments and care, grieving and how out of devastating losses comes a lot of beautiful life.
