If you were at the Sydney Jamboree, then you would all know about Frank Tarabay's incident that took the breath away of every single person in the dragway that day. In drag racing, surprise-surprise, the aim is the keep the car going straight. So what happens when the car decides naaah, Not today, and spears you right and all you're looking at is the driver next to you. To say that was a close one would be a massive understatement. What would that even feel like? Well to answer that question, we got Frank on to tell, not only his full story, but what happened that day where everyone heart skipped a beat. As Frank also use to work at Sydney Dragway, it has been able to see first hand how drag racing is slow but surely, starting to unfortunately become a dying sport in this country. It's exactly sad to see a sport that we all love so much, slowly start to drift away with less and less people coming to the track to actually watch the events, but why is that....? What has happened in this country to make drag racing no longer a sport people come and watch like they use too.
