Developing the FUTURE for 24v Swapped E30's | M54 E30 BUILD EP.2

With the K24 out of our Orange E30, we work on mocking up the new M54 powerplant so we can start developing the parts we need to get this car going. The oil pan is often one of the more difficult and expensive parts to source when doing a 24v swap in an E30. This is because the oil pan on nearly all 24V motors has the sump on the wrong side. The only OEM oil pan that works would be from an M50-powered E34, which is becoming increasingly expensive and harder to find. We are working on creating a new subframe that will allow the use of the stock oil pans that come on nearly all 24v powered BMWs.
