Two prison warders arrested over kidnapping saga in Murang'a

Police in Murang’a last night gunned down three people who are reported to have kidnapped a middle aged woman at Gathuku village in Kiharu, Murang’a County. Among the suspects was an 80 year-old woman alleged to have cooked for the gang. This came as police in Naivasha arrested two warders attached to the Naivasha GK prison on suspicion of being part of the gang which carried out the kidnapping.
