It's a public offer that we made to you, and by starting to provide services, we accepted it." Is she really that stupid? Or is she just pretending? Despite all the articles of the Civil Code, which doesn't contain a single legal provision stating that an organization making a public offer can accept it without the consent of the other party, this is nonsense. They have a bylaw, a resolution of the Kirov Region Government, which, judging by everything, is superior to the Federal Law.))) The insanity is growing stronger every day.
