"Live by the Heart" is a composition team effort with my friend Jan Miserre and Lyrics with the amazing Kim Sanders. We have always loved the great smooth yacht rock era songs by Kenny Loggins or Michael McDonald for example and wanted to capture that spirit in both the composition and the overall vibe. It turned out to be a wonderful duet with Kim Sanders and a saxophone feature by Paul Heller as well as great contribution by the string section and my fabolous Band.
