We Put 35s on a 6th Gen 4Runner – Here’s How EASY It Was!

Today we put 35's on our 6th Gen 4Runner, something that would have been a very painful process with a lot of cutting on the 5th Generation 4Runner. We will quickly show you just how easy it is to do, with minimal lift, offset and cutting required. That's one great thing about the Newley designed 4Runner is just how Easy it is to fit 35" Tires, Toyota really helped us out with that this time around. For this setup we used the ReadyLift 2.5" Lift Kit as well as Rims with -12 Offset to give us just enough poke and room to work with. After that we did need to remove the mudflaps and the crash bar on the front as well as do a small viper cut to get the tires to clear properly. We did notice that in the back the metal fender itself gets a little close and for some people some tiny cutting there might need to be done as well.
