For healthcare workers, prefilled syringes are recognized as an efficient, reliable, and convenient method for drug administration. Prefilled provide greater patient safety by reducing the potential for inadvertent needle sticks and exposure to toxic products that can occur while drawing medication from vials. Prefilled syringes, with their pre measures dosage, can reduce dosing errors and increase patient compliance. For improved drug efficacy through prefilled syringes, we have to go perform functional and qualification tests. Prefilled syringes are delivered in nest and tub configuration and are ready for the filling process. Terminal sterilization after filling is possible.
