Then make a large Overhand knot at the ends of the handle cords. 13:13 - Step 8 : Comb through the hair fringe and side part the hair. Then trim the fringe. 15:06 - Step 9 : Comb through 2 groups of 4 x 30 cm cords. 15:28 - Step 10 : Place one group to the left and one group to the right on top of the ring. Gather the fringe together and use a 30 cm cord for a Gathering knot. 18:56 - Step 11 : Place half the fringe to the back of the ring and then comb through the dress fringe and trim the ends. 20:37 - Step 12 : Each leaf needs 3 x 35 cm long cords.
