How much can we do with a 1 day park hopper ticket to Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure Park

Come along with Sarah on this Moosen Adventure to Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios. We only had 1 day to do both the Universal Studios Park and Islands of Adventure Park in Orlando Florida. We didn’t have express pass and we started a little later in the day than we meant too. We had never been here before, only had a lose plan, and we were tired because we had flown in on a red eye the day before. Is 1 day enough time to see the dinosaurs, explore the world of Harry Potter, ride the roller coasters and try out some of the food?
