Grief Orientations, a Brief Introduction

A short introduction to Grief Orientations, a model of Great Grief, which may help those who know grief, and those who would help them. Nigel Linacre lost his son in 2021, co-created the Grief Opera with pianist and composer Vladimir Miller, is an Ambassador for Suicide and Co, and serves on the Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (SOBS) Support Line, mentioned in the film. Grief Orientations recognises the devastating nature of Great Grief, including the loss of who we were and our world as it was, and suggests potential pathways towards a post-loss life.
