Chef Yuko Anada and photographer Yosuke Suzuki, owners of the renowned gyoza restaurant Anada Gyoza in Yoyogi-Uehara, went on a midday bar crawl to the seaside Miura Peninsula, about an hour and a half from Tokyo. From a tuna fish and chips shop to a souvenir shop stocked with local specialties, to the recycle shop Bakuyasuya, which was even mentioned on the TV show "One Question and Answer," they explored the area from a chef's unique perspective on this half-day excursion, taking in the sea breeze and summer sunshine as they bar-hopped, making you want to follow in their footsteps.
