기아차 K3 시승기, 미친 연비 앞세운 실속파

The second-generation K3, which underwent a full model change after six years, is a practical, compact sedan. When I press the accelerator to the floor and accelerate, I find myself wishing for a bit more power. The rpm soars, and the car exerts its full force, but acceleration takes a while. It's like a child who studies hard all night but doesn't see their grades improve. However, its fuel economy is astonishing. The official combined fuel economy figure from the manufacturer is 14.1 km/L with 17-inch tires. With 15-inch tires, it reaches 15.2 km/L. This level of fuel economy isn't easily achieved with a 1.6-liter gasoline engine. After the test drive, the actual fuel economy I checked on the dashboard was 14.5 km/L. Even under challenging conditions like highway driving, deceleration, acceleration, traffic congestion, and idling, it delivered surprisingly good fuel economy.
