A Thai digital influencer was the victim of a robbery while live-streaming her first visit to Brazil. The crime occurred in the southern zone of Rio de Janeiro, when the streamer P-Pim was riding on the back of a motorcycle driven by a Brazilian influencer. They were touring tourist spots in the city to show them to their followers. The crime took place in Botafogo after the group had passed along the Copacabana beachfront. During the online broadcast to thousands of internet users, a man on another motorcycle approached and stole the influencer's cell phone.
