In this rescue, I received an emergency call at around 2:00 AM An elderly woman was fast asleep on her bed. Right above her bed, directly in front of her head, a 5-foot cobra was standing with its hood fully spread. As soon as the family noticed the snake, they were terrified. Fortunately, the elderly woman did not wake up, and the cobra did not harm her. It was truly by good fortune, her good deeds, and God's grace that her life was spared. As soon as I received the call, I rushed to the location and, with great care, safely rescued the cobra without harming it. After the rescue, I released it safely back into its natural forest habitat.
