5 erbe spontanee che tutti conosciamo ma che pochi raccolgono 🏵️

In today's video, I challenged Enzo to find five wild herbs we all know 🌿 You often tell us in the comments that you'd like to learn how to recognize wild herbs, but you don't know a single one. So we decided to start with the simplest and most common ones, which grow everywhere in meadows and along paths. During the harvest, we'll show you how to recognize some very common herbs, briefly explaining some of their properties and uses. These plants have always been part of rural tradition, harvested in the fields and used both in cooking and as simple home herbal remedies. Meanwhile, Enzo collects fresh eggs from the farm... so in the end, we prepare an omelette with wild herbs, following a simple recipe from Grandma Lucia. These are plants we see every day: you just need to learn to recognize them. Grandma Lucia's Omelette Recipe: Wild Herbs (Nettles, dandelion, mallow, plantain, and chives; you can substitute or change them according to your taste or what you find in the fields) 8/10 eggs Salt Grandma's Secret Ingredient: St. Peter's Wort 🌿 Since I don't have it, I add a pinch of dried mint 😉 Steaming the herbs only takes a few minutes...
