Exploring Binalonan (Hebrews Cafe, Longanisang Binalonan, WCC Flying School). NLEX LakbayNorte Part1

NLEX Lakbay Norte, together with its official mobility partner, Victory Liner, took us on a tour of the hidden gems of Pangasinan for 3 days. On day 1, we got to travel on a bus via world-class expressways of NLEX, SCTEX and TPLEX to reach our first destination, the municipality of Binalonan. Our first stop was Hebrews Cafe where we got to try the delicious Longanisang Binalonan breakfast with their freshly-brewed local coffee. This was followed with a tour of the local market where we got to see how the famous Longanisang Binalonan are made using fresh ingredients. Next stop was WCC Aeronautics and Technological College where we saw world-class facilities for pilot training. WCC also offers flights to northern destinations like Batanes and Tuguegarao, and a 15-minute flight around Pangasinan using ultra-light. No trip is complete without stopping by at Jollibee, and we got to try their latest offerings, ube-cheese pie and buko-pandan sundae, both perfect summer coolers.
