One Round of ALL Drums (x2!) | Seminole Pow Wow 2025

Welcome to my series "One Round of All Drums"-but this time, we're doing two full rounds! Hello! Aaron here, the person behind the camera! At most pow wows, Friday and Sunday usually have one Grand Entry, while Saturdays feature two. The Seminole Pow Wow, however, has a unique schedule: Friday: Grand Entry at 12pm & 7pm Saturday: Grand Entry at 12pm & 7pm Sunday: No pow wow events (travel day) Another atypical feature of this pow wow is that the 7pm Grand Entries did not include intertribals, meaning the only opportunity for all drums to sing in succession was during the afternoon sessions. What is an Intertribal? After each afternoon Grand Entry (12pm), we move into Intertribal Songs, where every drum gets a chance to sing. This is when everyone is welcome to dance-whether to reconnect with friends, test their regalia before competition, or just enjoy the moment in the circle.
