British troops are among those who until recently were tasked with maintaining security in Afghanistan. For many deployed to the frontline it was at times a traumatic experience. And that ordeal doesn't always stop when they come home. Some soldiers continue to deal with conditions like anxiety, depression and sleep disorders. Conditions which - studies suggest - affect up to half of combat veterans.
