TVS-SEPTA Subways: Broad Street Trains At Oregon Station

We return to The Broad Street Subway, this time on the southern portion where it's only 2 Tracks. Oregon Station is the second to last stop going Southbound in the "newest" section of the Subway which was built in 1973. This station is very different from the NYC Subway-copycat station up north. This station has it own unique identity that I can't even compare to another system. If anything this closer to what the Market-Frankford underground stations look like making it feel more at home with Philadelphia. The platform is wide, located under the sidewalk instead of the street and one of the most shallow stations in the system just mere feet from the street surface. When you exit, you go right onto the sidewalk from the platform in a modern enclosed station house. Trains Seen: Kawasaki B-IV Subway Cars
