Hold your Beliefs Lightly

Belief systems of any sort are your mind's way of feeling secure, but ultimately, none of them are true, so hold them lightly. If they are helpful, keep them, but if they cause stress or fear, its time to remind yourself you are simply experiencing life through the eyes and mind of a human form, but it is temporary and illusory. You are not your beliefs, and you do not need beliefs to be safe or secure.
