Doner Kebab In The 15 in 1 Pressure Cooker And Low Carb Flatbread

We cut the time of our Doner Kebab from 5 hours down to 1 hour in the Ninja 15in 1 multi cooker. Here's the ingredients to the doner kebab: 1.5kg or 3.3 lbs of lamb mince, 2 large eggs, 3 teaspoons of paprika, 3 teaspoons of chilli powder, 3 teaspoons of garlic powder, 3 teaspoons of oregano, 1 teaspoon of salt, 3 teaspoons of ground black pepper. Cook on Pressure cook (quick release) for 30 mins, remove from foil and put back in the cooker and air fry for a further 30 mins at 200 deg C turning half way. Here are the ingredients to the low carb flatbread: 1 Cup of Coconut flour, 1 cup of Almond flour, four, tablespoons of Psyllium husk, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 and a half cups of warm water.
