Trout fishing and cooking at Ellerdine Lakes

I took my little brother fly fishing for the first time at Ellerdine Lakes in the hope of catching one and cooking it! Ellerdine is great for catching all variations of trout that are all edible, making it the perfect spot for a fishing lesson followed by some trout on toast. Unfortunately on this day we didn't catch any ourselves, but Joe picked up the rhythm of fly fishing quickly and still had a good time (no thanks to my teaching…)!
