True Damage (League of Legends) Behind The Scenes w/ Thutmose

I never thought I’d be a character in a video game but League of Legends made that possible. For the past few months I’ve been working on a song, video, performance and character where I’m playing Ekko in a new group True Damage with Soyeon of (G)I-DLE , Becky G, Keke Palmer and DUCKWRTH. We spent a week in Paris rehearsing for the opening ceremony where 100 million people around the world would hear it for the first time with a sold out Arena of 30k people in Paris. So inspiring to see it all come together. I grew up in Nigeria and live in Brooklyn, never been to Europe and never thought my first time I’d be performing in a sold out Arena. The actual performance was surreal, so much energy in the crowd and with the other artists. To practice something for a week and have everyone else in the world is just seeing for the first time was truly special and from the moment I got off that stage I knew that it went just as planned. The best part about all of this is that I can now introduce everyone to my world and show you my art. Don’t ever stop dreaming, nothings impossible.
