Cheese - 60-100 g basil or parsley 1. Cut tortilla into strips. 2. Mix eggs with milk. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix with tortilla. 3. Grate the cheese. Slice the tomato. 4. Put tortilla in a pan, top with tomatoes and cheese. 5. Cover and fry for 15 minutes over low heat. 6. Sprinkle with basil or parsley. #breakfast
