On December 15, 2010, the Mexican State awarded the National Human Rights Prize to the woman who fabricated the Wallace case. Thirteen months earlier, her agents tortured Brenda Quevedo to force a confession in that same case. Yesterday, 21 years later, Claudia Sheinbaum brought this case to the forefront during her morning press conference and made three commitments.
