Katleho currently works as Governance and Compliance at one of the big 4 accounting firms. Key Lessons - There is a reward for hard work. You can draw lessons from every experience. You can pivot at any point of your career. Dare to utilize your potential to the fullest. Start applying for your articles as early as second year. A horrible experience with a module,exam, or job shouldn't be a defining poi#nt of your career. Give opportunities a fair chance. What was terrible in high school/university may be the best experience in practice or professional space. Articles teach you humility because you constantly need to ask, give, and take. It's never over until it's over. Always negotiate your salary. Don't just settle. Don't Jump stages, saw, position yourself so that when it's time to get to where you are going, you are ready.
