Disappointed! No Hatbox Ghost | Halloween at Disney | Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party Opening

Disney Halloween Party nights are a great opportunity to hit the parks during the day because typically the crowds are very low. Since the park closes early prior to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party many guests will choose not to visit Magic Kingdom on party days. We were able to ride 5 major Disney rides and have lunch just in a few short hours! We began our Magic Kingdom day at the Haunted Mansion because it is rumored that the Hatbox Ghost should be appearing any day now. We had lunch at Columbia Harbour House and then road Big Thunder Mountain Railroad followed by Pirates of the Caribbean which gets a very fun overlay with live actors during mickey's halloween party! We checked out more of the disney halloween decorations in the hub and then road Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin and the People Mover which is always a must for our family! It was fun seeing all the halloween costumes guests were wearing heading into Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party 2023 - I am excited to attend the party this coming season!
