We Walked Through Seminyak, Bali - Here's What Surprised Us

Our First Time in Bali, walking Seminyak Streets to Seminyak Beach ☀️🍺 This was our very first time visiting Bali, and we decided to explore it the best way possible — on foot. On a hot, sunny day (around 30°C), with no sunscreen, no umbrella, we walked through the lively streets of Seminyak, starting from Seminyak Square all the way to Seminyak Beach. Along the way, we wandered through narrow local streets, stopped at a small local mart to grab a cold beer, and tried the famous Bintang — a perfect refreshment in the heat 🍻. We also checked out some fashion boutiques, where she tried on a dress but decided not to buy it after the price negotiation didn’t quite work out. Reaching Seminyak Beach was absolutely worth it — the views were spectacular, even though the sand was burning hot. We still enjoyed the atmosphere, the ocean views, and even the iconic beach swing 🌊🏖️. On our walk back towards Seminyak Square, we explored a local flea market and picked up a pair of pants for around AUD $40 — a fun little bargain hunt. To finish off the day, we stopped for a quick lunch at a local restaurant called Benedette — great food, very affordable prices, and the perfect way to end our first Bali walk.
