I've been back in my hometown - a 5th-tier small city in China for over a month now. A while ago, my family and I got sick, which threw off our normal daily routine. But now life is back to normal. This video captures a morning of me and my dad heading to the wet market to buy groceries, eating traditional local breakfast, and my dad cooking a specialty dish from our hometown - egg rolls. I also take you along as I walk my dogs, showing what the neighborhood around my parents' place is like and what daily life looks like here.
