Euro NCAP Crash & Safety Tests of Škoda Enyaq 2025

The Škoda Enyaq was rated in 2021 and has been reassessed in 2025 following improvements made by Škoda. Video of the Škoda Enyaq test accompanied by still images and datasheet. Euro NCAP performs a series of crash and safety tests on car models: ▶ a frontal impact test where 50% of the width of the car strikes an oncoming deformable barrier, travelling at 50 km/h ▶ a frontal impact test where the car impacts a full-width rigid barrier ▶ a side impact test where a mobile deformable barrier impacts the driver's door  ▶ a pole test where the car is propelled sideways into a rigid pole  ▶ a whiplash test performed on a sled. A series of pedestrian tests is also conducted with different impactors: adult and child head forms and lower and upper leg forms. As well as the AEB pedestrian and cyclist tests. In 2023, a test scenario for Cyclist Dooring Prevention was introduced. Active safety is rated based on the performance of the car’s equipment, including autonomous emergency braking in car-to-car and car-to-motorcycle scenarios, occupant status monitoring (which encompasses seatbelt reminders, fatigue detection, distraction detection, and impairment detection), lane support, and speed assistance technologies.
