Today we are building a multi-city transit network to connect Newark residents to both Newark Airport and workplace destinations across Manhattan. The Plan • Laying a line across the river directly into Manhattan. • Building an airport line to handle tourist traffic. The Question To make this network work, we had to split our tracks between airport travellers and daily office commuters.
