Making Cheese at Home. The Cheese Cave: Maintaining Humidity During Aging and Ripening.

This retrofit allows for localized humidity control, preventing the cheese from drying out while allowing me to track fluctuations without opening the container. Watch how I integrated these hygrometers to maintain a constant 90–95% RH for my current batches. #cheesemaking #cheese #bluecheese #dairyproduct #homeandgarden #homemadecheese
