"Cheap" Cameras Are Getting Worse - Ordro G700 Review

In this video I review a "point and shoot" camera, the Ordro G700. It's one of a recent wave of cameras that is flooding the internet. It seems that major camera makers are moving away from making point and shoot cameras, and people seem to be all too happy to fill that market niche with whatever they can have thrown together as cheaply as possible. But are they any good? Are they designed by people who even know what a camera is? 10-15 years ago, we had "cheap" point and shoot cameras from companies like Canon, Sony, Olympus, Fuji, Panasonic, Nikon, and more. These cameras were made to be cheap, entry-level cameras. But they were at least made by companies who knew cameras. As smartphones have become so ubiquitous, there is no longer as large of a market for "entry-level" cameras. Everyone already has one in their pocket. But some folks still want an actual camera. But the new options flooding the market are laughably bad.
