In this video, we'll provide a tutorial on how to grow kale hydroponically without using rockwool. The materials used are widely available around us. The materials needed include: 1. Zeolite Sand (used as a seeding medium) 2. Foam 3. Net pots 4. Styrofoam boxes (grape containers) 5. AB MIX Leaf Vegetable Nutrient Mix 6. EC Meter/TDS Meter (to measure nutrient concentration) 7. pH Meter We use zeolite sand for the nursery. After being used for seeding, the zeolite sand is washed clean and can be reused for seeding. Seedling nutrient concentration: EC 1 mS / TDS 700 ppm Nutrient concentration after transplanting: EC 2.5 mS / TDS 1750 ppm Water pH 5.5-6.5 with an optimum pH of 6 The seeds we used in this video are from Known You Seed (Full White). Measure nutrient concentration regularly for maximum results.
