Hi, I'm Henz! This video is a little collection of everyday moments from London and Cambridge. I still think about the banana bread from my favourite food truck on the way to work, the rainy day the train randomly stopped and we all had to get off — and how that turned into a really good meal at Kineya Mugimaru with my husband, where the chashu was absolutely incredible. At home, we watched the New Year's fireworks from the window, and my husband's pork kimchi jjigae made for one of those perfectly comforting dinners. In Stevenage, we stumbled upon a lovely café we hadn't planned on visiting — they run their own roastery, so the coffee aroma hit differently from the moment we walked in, and the egg tart was soft and delicious too. We also checked out a well-known new matcha spot that's just opened in Cambridge. The pastel-toned interior was so pretty, and the blueberry matcha latte didn't disappoint from the very first look. For a friend's birthday, we headed to a North African and Middle Eastern restaurant where grilled lamb chops, a rich tagine, and a rose non-alcoholic cocktail made for a really special evening.
