Guerrilla Planting Potatoes

A demonstration how certain vegetables, in this case potatoes, can be covertly planted and grown 'guerrilla' style, on quiet areas of private or even public land, to be harvested when ready. This is an idea I have harboured for a long time which would be useful to anyone who does not have a garden or allotment to grow their own vegetables. Because such guerrilla planted veggies are unlikely to be tended much (they need to blend in), they also need to be plants which don't attract the attention of pests like rabbits, so potatoes are ideal, but onions would work and if the soil is friable enough, root vegetables.
