Transformation Series Week 4 💪 Back After Typhoid! My 4-Run Comeback | Archishman
Hello amazing people! Welcome back to Transformation Series Week 4 of our fitness journey! After missing Week 3 because I was diagnosed with Typhoid, I finally started feeling healthy enough to lace up my running shoes again. Recovery wasn't easy. The antibiotics left my body extremely weak, my endurance had dropped, and even simple runs felt challenging. Instead of rushing back into training, I decided to listen to my body and focus on consistency. This week I managed to complete 4 runs (Thursday to Sunday) while slowly rebuilding my fitness. There were plenty of small wins: ✅ First run after 10–12 days of complete rest ✅ Running longer without stopping ✅ Feeling stronger every day ✅ Completing all four planned runs after recovery I also share some thoughts about recovering from illness, rebuilding endurance, and why consistency matters more than chasing numbers. The transformation journey isn't always about breaking personal records. Sometimes, it's simply about getting back on your feet.
