IBM Director on an xSeries 346 from 2004
Taking a look at an IBM eServer xSeries 346 from 2004. This enterprise server is capable of running IXA, or Integrated xSeries Adapter cards, letting you control the machine entirely from IBM i. We'll do that in future videos, but in the meantime we'll repair a broken power supply, get Windows Server 2003 installed, and experiment with a IT fleet management tool called IBM Director.
