Three ways of entering the tech industry — supported by initiatives that make this space more accessible. 💬 This panel, moderated by Reem Habib, a math and computer science student, will highlight journeys at different stages and explore the turning points, lessons, and experiences that shaped their paths in tech. 👩‍💼 Panelists A graduating student in multimedia integration, Nadia Rochdi is passionate about programming, design, and user experience. She shares her journey to encourage others to see themselves in tech. A consultant at Deloitte, Mahua C. brings nearly ten years of experience in engineering, technical training, and digital transformation, with an approach focused on clarity and accessibility. A high school student, Rhysse Henriette Feundjiep co-created an app to raise awareness about coral reef protection. Passionate about entrepreneurship, she is already building impact-driven projects. 🤝 Organizations Technovation Montréal, Les Scientifines, and Femmes+ en tech each contribute in their own way to making the tech industry more inclusive and representative by supporting and mentoring the next generation. 💡 A conversation to better understand the diversity of journeys in tech — and the key role communities play in making these paths possible.
