On January 27, 1973, the Paris Peace Accords were signed. Four governments pledged to end the Vietnam War. The ceasefire was scheduled for 8:00 AM Saigon time. The guns never stopped. North Vietnam broke the agreement within hours. The United States did not enforce it. The United Nations filed it away. And the Republic of Vietnam — a nation of 19 million people — was erased from the map in 1975. This is a song of testimony. A memorial. A question. For the next generation. For the forgotten. Nhưng súng không bao giờ ngừng. Miền Bắc Việt Nam đã phá vỡ thỏa thuận trong vòng vài giờ. Hoa Kỳ không thi hành. Liên Hợp Quốc chỉ lưu trữ hồ sơ.
