Installing Floor Insulation - Episode 49 - In this episode of The Self-Build House, we start with our floor construction. After completing the necessary preparations, we can start insulating the subfloor. We'll first install a primary insulation layer with EPS mortar, which we'll then finish with a secondary layer of denser EPS boards. This creates an ideal base for installing our underfloor heating.
