🍽️ 24 HORAS COMENDO EM ARACAJU/SE

In this video, I spent 24 hours eating only typical Aracaju foods to discover the most traditional flavors of Sergipe's cuisine. The itinerary began at the Aracaju Municipal Market, where I tasted the famous beiju (a type of tapioca pancake), as well as traditional sweets like pé de moleque (peanut brittle), sweet and savory saroio (a type of sweet pastry), malcasada (a type of sweet cake), and coconut queijadinha (a type of small cheese cake). Then I tried mangaba (a type of fruit) and boiled peanuts, had an authentic carne de sol (sun-dried beef) for lunch inside the market, and went to the traditional Bar Bico Doce, where I tasted fried sardines, torresmo (pork crackling), and dobradinha (tripe stew). At the end of the afternoon, I went to the famous Passarela do Caranguejo (Crab Walkway) on the Atalaia waterfront to try the traditional crab with pirão (a type of crab porridge). And, to end the day, I finished with a delicious tapioca with cheese, coconut, and condensed milk.
